Distance traveled report

This report measures the distance traveled by your vehicles during work hours over a specified time frame.

To run this report, see Run a report.

Group by: Choose how to group the data in the report.
Show additional columns: Select this option to include odometer values, private travel, or toll travel information.
Show driver assignments: Select this option to include driver assignments.
Show vehicles without travel: Select this option to include vehicles that have not traveled during the selected time frame.

Include page break between drivers: Select this option to display each driver on a separate page. This separation can make it easier to carry out administrative tasks on the report.
Time zone: Select the time zone based on the User, the Vehicle, or UTC.
Include time range: Select the hours you want to include in the report.
Region: Select your country. Report metrics such as distance and date are displayed in the format of the selected country.
